Presidents Message

Welcome to the website of the Missouri Valley Fly Fisher’s Club (MVFF). Here you will find many interesting articles; helpful information on fly fishing in our region; favorite fly patterns for fly fishing our area’s lakes and streams; and much, much more! Whether you are just beginning your adventure in fly fishing or fly tying; or you are a seasoned veteran, I’m sure you will find much here to interest you. The MVFF is a group of men and women from all walks of life and all ages who share a common interest in the wonderful sports of fly fishing and fly tying. During the winter months we hold monthly indoor meetings with programs and clinics on fly tying and fly fishing. After ice out we hold monthly get-to-gethers at local waters for a day or a few hours of fly fishing. As you browse this site, you may find yourself wanting to experience the thrill and excitement which we all share for our sport. Our members, from novice to seasoned angler, are eager to share their knowledge and experience of fly fishing with you. Give us a call; shoot us an email, or attend one of our meetings.
