2. The Executive Board will select a location, date and time for the monthly outings and post the information on the MVFF Club website in the Calendar tab.
3. There will be no alternate date for the outings. If the originally planned location, date and time do not happen for any reason there will be no attempt to reschedule.
4. We will try to post outings with ample time, however due to rapid changes in weather and fishing conditions we may post "imprompto" outings on short notice to take advantage of a hot lake, so check the calander OFTEN.
5. It is up to each club member to decide if he or she wants to attend the outing and decide for yourself when to arrive and how long to stay.
6. The Executive Board will not make any attempt to contact club members to “call off” an outing.
7. Everyone should clearly understand that although outings will be scheduled there should be no expectation that anyone but you may show up.
8. There will be no outing host, no planned program and no planned instruction, however most club members are very willing to give you a tip, a hand or help with a question.
9. Everyone attending the outing should expect to bring his/her own equipment, flies, food, beverages.
10. Everyone should expect to have fun.
